With this introductory massage course, I invite you to discover the fundamental movements and postures of massage. This will allow you to quickly perform short sessions on your loved ones and become familiar with your massage touch. The introductory session lasts one hour with your recipient. Learning massage is also about reconnecting with your innate sense of touch, inherited from generations past. It empowers you to draw upon this inner strength in everyday life, enabling you to act with complete freedom. Gradually, each lesson brings you closer to your true self. Because touch is genuine, straightforward, and fearless. It is a subtle, universal language that connects us to others and to ourselves.
