Prenatal massage at home helps relieve physical discomfort associated with pregnancy: back and neck pain caused by postural imbalance, tension in the ankles, lower back and pelvis. It also soothes sciatic pain, calf cramps, headaches and sinus congestion. This massage also promotes better sleep. How the session works: You are comfortably settled in your home, first lying on your back, then in a sideways (foetal) position, supported by cushions for maximum comfort and safety.
